Title:Â Senior Software Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary Range: $62-67/hr on W2

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to support the development, release, and production deployment of iOS and Android applications. The role involves working on the design, build, and deployment of next-generation mobile applications, ensuring quality, performance, and seamless integration across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level Java web application developer with experience in React JS and Node JS, including Restful APIs.
- Experience with Application Servers such as Tomcat and WebSphere.
- Proficiency in JDBC and SQL queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Typically requires 10Â years of experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, Web Services, Rest Services, Core Java, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML.
- Experience designing web applications and JSON Services.
- Knowledge/exposure to iOS and/or Android back-end services.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience building deployment automation and release management tooling.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Experience with continuous integration and unit tests.
- Swift, Kotlin, Python, or scripting experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Writing Splunk Queries to analyze application performance.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Fixing application bugs before the final release.
- Publishing applications on the App Store.
- Designing and implementing application updates.
- Maintaining the code and automation of the application.
