Job Description – Senior Developer (5+ Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in enterprise application development, integrations, and customization, preferably with exposure to platforms like Docusign/eSignature or similar SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications and solutions
Implement and customize solutions on Docusign
Design, create, and maintain complex forms in the Docusign portal
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software development
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with workflow automation tools
Certification in DocuSign or cloud technologies

Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
