US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 3 years of experience with end-to-end Machine Learning (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
- 1 year of experience with AI and agentic development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- On device experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
- Innovate and architect complex multimodal problems, and own the implementation and delivery of critical features for next-generation intelligent eyewear.
- Collaborate across organizations and cross-functionally with UX, product, design, and research to identify key technologies, establish milestones, and progress solutions from concept to launch.
- Evaluate and develop technologies and their product applications to help support next-generation product features, specifications, and system architecture.
- Foster technical excellence, facilitating effective cross-functional communication and coordination to drive project success and alignment.
