Senior Software Engineer

What you will do:

• Own and lead full stack projects from design through production deployment
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
• Drive improvements to development processes, methodologies, and tools
• Collaborate closely with product teams to architect and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Manage complex client data requirements and lead efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, performant systems
• Strong expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases
• Experience with technologies and frameworks such as Next.js, data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), TailwindCSS, and serverless architectures
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers
• Excellent performance in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across teams
