Senior Software Engineer

Job description

• System Build & Configuration: Customizing Epic modules, designing, maintaining and building workflows.
• Workflow Analysis: Meeting with leadership to identify bottlenecks and close workflow gaps.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance & On call support: Investigating software issues, applying system updates, and providing tier-2 or tier-3 end-user support.

    • Department updates
    • Provider updates
    • Cost Center updates
    • CER Rule updates
    • Payer/Plan Updates
• Testing: Creating test scripts and running unit testing prior to go-lives and version upgrades.

• Certifications: Active EpicCare HB or PB experience certification is usually required.
• Background: Typically requires a minimum of 3- 4 years of Epic implementation or support experience, with a strong understanding of Billing environments.
• Good to have Cadance Certified
