Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze software requirements and software functional specifications in accordance with business needs.
- Design, develop, unit test, and integrate software components for an energy automation product.
- Perform code, design, and document reviews.
- Create technical documentation including requirements, design, code, and test documentation.
- Ensure that the delivery conforms to organization and project quality requirements.
- Ensure continuous integration of solution artifacts into software configuration management systems within committed delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on requirements analysis, software design, component integration, and continuous delivery.
- Analyze software requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for energy automation products.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Implement cloud-based application solutions on Azure or AWS platforms.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Work closely with global development teams and stakeholders in multi-country software development environments.
- Support Agile/Lean development methodologies and DevOps processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in software design and development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design concepts.
- Hands-on experience in cloud application development using Azure and/or AWS.
- Expertise in full-stack web development with:
- Java
- Spring Framework
- TypeScript
- Angular
- CSS
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- Exposure to multi-country software development projects.
- Strong experience working with Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
