As per our conversation, I .....Representing Shashank Sharmais solely authorized to confirm my acceptance for the Rate of $68/hr on C2C for the position Senior Snaplogic Data Engineerwith our client Fulcrum Digitalbased out of New Yorkfor a Duration of Contract.
We have not authorized, nor will authorize any other company or agency to present my consultant credentials or resume on our behalf for the same position, directly or indirectly for a period of 2 weeks. Furthermore, We agree that we will not attempt to modify the terms of engagement once an offer has been accepted, nor defer or refuse to accept the offer due to Rate/Salary or Travel issues.
