Position Overview

We are looking for aShopify–Laravel Technical Lead (B2B Product Development) to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of next-generation, AI-powered B2B eCommerce solutions.

This role demands a seasoned developer and architect with deep expertise inShopify Plus, Laravel, and ERP integrations, combined with strong leadership skills and a passion forAI-led engineering transformation. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, shaping the future of i95Dev’s commerce products that seamlessly connectShopify, Laravel, Magento, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Shopify, Laravel, and Magento developers.

• Architectscalable, high-performance B2B commerce systems integrating Shopify, Laravel, and ERP platforms.

• Design and developcustom Shopify apps, Laravel modules, and Magento extensions, adhering to best coding standards.

• Champion AI-driven development—leveraging AI forcode generation, testing, and performance optimization.

• Define and implementintelligent CI/CD pipelines andAI-enabled review workflows for continuous delivery.

B2B Product & Integration Development

• Architect and implement B2B features:bulk ordering, quotes, customer-specific pricing, and approval workflows.

• LeadERP integrations (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or custom) throughREST/GraphQL APIs or middleware connectors.

• Synchronize product, order, and inventory data acrossShopify, Magento, and Laravel layers.

• Build and maintain securedata pipelines for real-time commerce synchronization.

Shopify, Laravel & BigCommerce Development

• Develop, customize, and publishShopify Plus apps and themes following marketplace standards.

• Design modular and reusableLaravel back-end systems, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Contribute toBigCommerce app development for multi-platform B2B clients.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools forrapid prototyping, wireframes, and automation in the development process.

AI-Driven Innovation

• Explore and integrate AI tools that enhancedeveloper productivity, QA automation, and analytics.

• Use AI forcode review automation, testing, and performance improvements.

• Drive a culture ofAI-first engineering and advocate innovation across teams and clients.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with design, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Participate inpre-sales discussions, technical workshops, and client demos, showcasing integration and AI capabilities.

• Maintain high-quality documentation, architecture blueprints, and release planning.

Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack web development experience.

• 4+ years of proven Shopify/Shopify Plus experience (themes, apps, APIs).

• Strong expertise inLaravel, including custom module creation and REST API development.

• Experience withMagento 2 module development and integration.

• Deep understanding ofERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite) and API-based integrations.

• Proficiency inREST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and data sync mechanisms.

• Experience withheadless commerce architectures,Shopify Hydrogen, orStorefront APIs.

• Front-end proficiency inLiquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks likeReact orVue.js.

• Familiarity withBigCommerce development and customization.

• Working knowledge ofGit, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Exposure toSEO optimization, accessibility, and performance tuning.

• Strong knowledge ofcloud environments (AWS/Azure) and deployment practices.
