Job Title: Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Developer
Duration: 12+ Months
Interview: Initial interview via Microsoft Teams; second-round interview will be in person.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site 4 days per week for the first few months.
  • After successfully transitioning into the role and consistently meeting performance expectations, the candidate may be eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions throughout the full application development lifecycle.
  • Architect and develop scalable enterprise solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Configure and administer SharePoint Online services, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles, workflows, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, interfaces, and integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Build integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, web services, and other standard integration technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Define information architecture, site structures, content frameworks, and user-centric SharePoint solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing SharePoint environments.
  • Independently manage SharePoint maintenance, upgrades, deployments, and production support activities.
  • Develop responsive web solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, and NPM.
  • Develop technical documentation, deployment artifacts, user guides, and training materials.
  • Establish and promote SharePoint governance, architecture standards, security, SDLC, and change-management best practices.
  • Evaluate business and technology requirements and recommend scalable and sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Support integration of third-party enterprise applications and cloud services with SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Implement and integrate Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or other AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 7–9 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Hands-on web development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, and NPM.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, Workflow Manager, InfoPath, Sharegate, Metalogix, and SharePoint reporting tools.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming; experience with .NET/C# is preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles, workflows, security, and governance.
  • Experience implementing and integrating Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI capabilities is preferred.
  • Experience integrating Azure AI Services, OpenAI, third-party AI/ML platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, SDLC, architecture, and change-management best practices.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
