Senior Shared Services Accountant

AsGeneral Ledger Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

About the Role

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.
• Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting  roles.
• Strong background in R2R/RTR .Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
