About the Opportunity
We are a globally recognized IT consultancy supporting large-scaleenterprise transformation initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, security, and platform engineering. Our teams operate as embedded partners within enterprise IT organizations, delivering high-impact outcomes across complex, multi-domain environments.
This opportunity supports aFortune 50 enterprise technology organization undergoing a significant transformation to establishServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) as a centralized control platform forcyber, resilience, and service assurance.
This initiative is currently in agreenfield / refactor phase, with parallel efforts focused on:
  • Aligningglobal and regional policies
  • Definingcyber resilience standards (BCP tiers, immutability, recovery strategies)
  • Structuringrisk, policy, and control data models within ServiceNow
  • Preparing forgo-live, hypercare, and iterative capability expansion
This role is critical in ensuring the platform is designed correctly from the outset, aligned to enterprise needs and scalable for long-term adoption.
Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant will serve as aplatform and functional lead, responsible for translating evolving business, policy, and cyber resilience requirements into a structured, scalableServiceNow IRM implementation.
This role sits at the intersection ofplatform architecture (ServiceNow IRM),risk and control frameworks, andcyber resilience requirements. The focus is on establishing a strong foundation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders before scaling execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead configuration and alignment ofServiceNow IRM (GRC) modules, includingPolicy & Compliance, Risk Management, and control frameworks
  • Translateenterprise policies, resilience requirements, and cyber controls into structuredIRM data models and workflows
  • Definesystem boundaries, including what resides within ServiceNow IRM versus external systems
  • Guidegreenfield / out-of-the-box (OOTB) implementation strategy with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  • Partner with stakeholders to mapcurrent-state processes to future-state workflows and identify gaps and dependencies
  • Supportgo-live readiness and hypercare through validation of workflows, data structures, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with integration teams to enable ingestion of data fromsecurity, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
  • Contribute todocumentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working withServiceNow, with a strong focus onIRM / GRC modules (or legacy GRC modules)
  • Proven experience supportingServiceNow IRM or GRC implementations, ideally ingreenfield or transformation environments
  • Strong understanding ofrisk, policy, and control frameworks and how they translate intosystem workflows
  • Experience working withinlarge enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively inambiguous, fast-moving environments with parallel workstreams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure tocybersecurity and resilience domains, includingBC/DR, immutability, and recovery strategies
  • Familiarity with control frameworks such asNIST, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, or ITIL
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow withsecurity, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
  • Experience working inAgile or SAFe delivery environments and familiarity with tools such asAzure DevOps (ADO)
  • General understanding ofcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure
