Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across Catalog, ITSM, and custom application scopes, from data model design through Business Rule logic, flow orchestration, and UI layer.
• Author and maintain server-side components, including:
  • Business Rules with precise operation and condition targeting
  • Script Includes structured for testability and reuse
  • Scheduled Jobs using safe GlideRecord patterns
  • Transform Map scripts for data integrity during imports
• Build Service Catalog items using Record Producers, Variable Sets, and catalog scripting.
• Enforce consistent UX patterns and client-side performance by keeping Client Scripts lean and favoring GlideAjax over synchronous server calls.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal widgets with custom AngularJS controllers, client scripts, and SCSS.
• Build Next Experience pages in UI Builder using:
  • Data Resources
  • Client State Parameters
  • Event-driven component wiring
• Lead feature delivery end-to-end, including:
  • Requirements analysis
  • Technical design
  • Iterative development
  • Peer code reviews
  • ATF test authoring
  • Production deployment
