Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data quality, collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver accurate service visibility and operational automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM suite: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
• Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
• Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP/APIs
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• ServiceNow CAD certification
• ServiceNow CIS – ITOM Discovery / CMDB certification
