Description:
Join our team as a Senior Server Engineer, responsible for architecting and supporting a Windows server environment.
Located in Chesterbrook, PA, this contract position requires expertise in managing and monitoring server performance, supporting infrastructure projects, and maintaining server reliability.
The role involves working with various server technologies and ensuring high availability and resiliency.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and support Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor server environments and take proactive steps to manage capacity and workload.
Implement and support server clusters and disaster recovery processes.
Collaborate with vendors and global teams to maintain server standards.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotation schedule.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in server engineering.
Expert knowledge of Windows OS and server technologies.
Strong understanding of Active Directory and virtualization technologies.
Experience with server performance management and capacity planning.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
