Senior Security Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative solutions to enhance our security and compliance posture.
• Creating AI agents, intelligent workflows, and security copilots to automate processes and reduce manual effort.
• Build internal security products, self-service portals, and autonomous response capabilities by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern software engineering practices.
• Partnering with business stakeholders, you will translate challenges into scalable technical solutions, build reusable platforms, and drive the adoption of new, efficient security capabilities across the organization.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about solving business problems through engineering, leveraging AI to eliminate repetitive work, and building scalable products that deliver measurable value.
• You will partner with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, IT, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that automate processes, improve user experience, and strengthen the company's security posture.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or Automation Engineering
• Experience coding, using APIs or performing technical integrations
• Experience automating business or security processes
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Devin, Trae, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of security concepts and controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience developing AI agents or copilots
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or modern web frameworks
• Experience with workflow automation platforms
• Experience building internal developer platforms
• Experience in security operations, compliance, or risk management
