Senior SAP DRC Consultant (e-invoicing)

We are seeking aSenior SAP DRC Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions within SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance, ensuring alignment with country-specific statutory requirements and SAP Finance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DRC to implement electronic invoicing solutions for specific countries or regions in line with statutory requirements
• Maintain country-specific DRC configuration, including defining the Compliance Reporting Framework, assigning company codes, and activating business functions
• Set up eDocument types and mappings to support accurate financial reporting requirements
• Configure output determination and message control processes
• Maintain XML schemas and format mappings for regulatory compliance
• Establish communication arrangements with tax authority or government platforms through SAP Cloud Integration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate financial requirements into system configurations
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively
• Document system configurations and related processes thoroughly
• Complete configuration tasks within agreed project timelines
• Support User Acceptance Testing activities to achieve successful outcomes with minimal defects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Finance modules, including SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Knowledge of Parallel Accounting using a ledgers-based approach
• Expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
• Skills in eDocument setup, output determination, message control, and XML schema mapping
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration for establishing communication arrangements with tax authorities or government platforms
• Understanding of SAP Finance best practices and statutory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in documenting system configurations and related processes clearly and comprehensively
