What the Role Is About
The role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering, enabling personalized, data-driven customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop automated customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Build and customize email templates, landing pages, and forms
(AMPScript, HTML, CSS, SSJS)
• Develop personalization logic using AMPScript and Dynamic Content
• Integrate SFMC with other systems (CRM, data lakes, CDPs, APIs)
• Manage data models using Contacts Builder & Data Extensions
• Create and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and targeting
• Implement Triggered Sends and transactional messaging
• Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of campaigns
• Ensure data privacy, consent, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketers, CRM teams, and Salesforce developers
