- +8 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud and an understanding of utility industry processes, systems, and data integration requirements.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce solution and integration architecture, with proven responsibility for designing complex enterprise interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise platforms, including complex data flows, error handling, and system dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain architectural decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- Open to candidates with Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, with the ability to apply integration architecture principles across different Salesforce environments.However, Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud is the goal.
