Role Summary

T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to:

• Analyze, design, develop, unit test, and support custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Implement solutions in accordance with established technical standards, coding practices, and design patterns.
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle to translate business requirements into working software.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, PLUS
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Salesforce Developer,
• Analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Case Routing)
• and programmatic development using Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning components (Aura and Web Components), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.

$183,685.00 - $206,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

$183,685.00 - $206,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.

$183,685.00 - $206,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
