Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedSenior Salesforce Developer to join our team for the implementation of new project functionality. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC) from scratch to meet complex business requirements
• Leverage Apex development expertise to create scalable solutions, including integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, or Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Configure and tailor standard Salesforce functionality, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features, to align with business needs
• Optimize solutions using a mix of declarative (Flow) and programmatic (Apex) approaches
• Adopt and implement CI/CD best practices, branching strategies, and established development workflows
• Work autonomously on challenging development tasks, collaborating efficiently with Business Analysts (BAs) and business teams to clarify requirements
• Present completed work to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Participate in code reviews, follow established coding standards, and ensure quality across deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development with the ability to create dynamic, scalable custom solutions from concept to delivery
• Expertise in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and in-depth knowledge of Apex programming
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and understanding of standard Salesforce functionalities
• Background in CI/CD processes and tools, including branching strategies and modern software development workflows
• Skills in version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Competency in writing robust Apex Unit Tests, maintaining high code coverage, and optimizing code for Governor Limits and large data volumes (LDV)
• Effective problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently, delivering well-structured and robust solutions
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools for assisted development, such as GitHub Copilot
