Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Partner to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue for combat sports programming across the U.S. and Canada. This individual will lead sales strategy, build relationships with brands and agencies, and help maximize revenue opportunities for premium combat sports events.
This is a highly autonomous role that requires someone who can move quickly, build trust with stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and maintain relationships with brands, advertisers, and agency partners aligned with combat sports audiences.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities for combat sports events.
● Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through deal execution.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
● Package and pitch sponsorship opportunities, branded integrations, and advertising solutions.
● Help educate clients and partners on available combat sports marketing opportunities.
● Share campaign learnings and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in:
○ Combat sports revenue generation
○ Advertising sales
○ Sponsorship sales
○ Media monetization
● Proven track record of driving revenue within the combat sports industry.
● Strong understanding of the TV, streaming, and CTV advertising ecosystem.
● Deep knowledge of the U.S. and Canadian advertising markets.
● Existing senior-level relationships with agencies, holding companies, brands, and advertisers.
● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience selling combat sports, live sports, or premium entertainment sponsorships.
● Experience working with major agency holding companies and large national advertisers.
● Background in sports media, advertising sales, or sponsorship partnerships.
