What You'll Do:Lead Revenue Growth:Own and drive studio sales performance, consistently hitting and exceeding membership and revenue targets.Coach a High-Performing Team:Train and mentor sales associates to maximize conversions, retention, and overall member experience.Execute Sales Strategy:Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and member retention.Oversee Studio Operations:Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in both sales execution and customer experience.Drive Community Engagement:Lead grassroots marketing, partnerships, and local outreach efforts to expand brand awareness and studio growth.Elevate the Member Experience:Set the tone for an exceptional, high-energy studio culture that keeps members engaged and coming back. What We’re Looking For (Full-Time or Part-Time):

Proven Sales Leadership: 2+ years of sales experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
Results-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and drive accountability
Coaching & Development Skills: Passion for developing others and building winning teams
Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals
