Description
This full-time remote position involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting business rules and decision strategies within the organization's decisioning platform.
The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to implement policy changes and automate processes, using generic decision modeling technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business rules and decision strategies.
Translate business requirements into technical rule implementations.
Support deployment, testing, and validation of rule changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to decision execution.
Identify opportunities to improve automation and decision quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3 years of experience developing business rules or decision solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
