What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the retail modernization program, establishing program governance, delivery operating models, execution frameworks, and performance management mechanisms across all workstreams
  • Manage 200–300 person global delivery organization across US onshore and India Global Capability Center (GCC) teams, driving accountability, ownership, and execution excellence through clear governance and decision-making processes
  • Drive roadmap execution, milestone achievement, scope management, budget oversight, and business outcome realization; proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Establish cross-functional alignment between business priorities, solution architecture, technology execution, and operational readiness across business, product, technology, architecture, operations, and vendor teams
  • Lead steering committees, governance forums, and executive reviews with customer leadership; provide transparency through delivery metrics, financial tracking, status reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Translate retail business objectives into actionable delivery plans, implementation roadmaps, release strategies, and measurable outcomes; ensure program scope, budget, timelines, and quality objectives remain aligned to business commitments
  • Drive organizational change and operational readiness across the customer organization; champion adoption, training, and sustained business value realization post-deployment
  • Scale and optimize the India Global Capability Center engagement, managing offshore team productivity, quality, coordination with onshore teams, and cost efficiency across the program lifecycle
