<.>Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedRelease Management professional to manage end-to-end release activities across multiple applications and environments. The candidate should have strong release management skills, experience coordinating planned and emergency deployments, and the ability to lead release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.

<.>Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Release Management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and post-release reviews.

  • Drive major releases, planned deployments, off-cadence releases, and emergency changes across multiple applications and environments.

  • Conduct release readiness meetings with Project, Development, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and SRE teams.

  • Validate release readiness, approvals, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans before deployment.

  • Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and ensure all release entry and exit criteria are met.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and controlled releases.

  • Conduct post-release reviews to assess outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

<.>Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Release Management.

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end release processes and deployment coordination.

  • Experience managing major releases, planned deployments, off-cadence releases, and emergency changes.

  • Ability to coordinate with technical and business teams and facilitate release readiness discussions.

  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be an independent candidate and available for hybrid work in Michigan City, Indiana.

  • Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
