Detailed Job Description:
Regression Lead (12–14 years)
⦁Responsible for leading large-scale regression program, driving risk-based testing, automation coverage, quality governance, and stakeholder management.
⦁Must have strong hands-on knowledge of Playwright and AI Agents, with the ability to identify and implement AI-led opportunities across the QE lifecycle.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
⦁Coordinating with onsite and offshore
⦁Reporting and overall ownership of AI agent creation and maintenance
Must Have Skills:
⦁Playwright.
⦁Extensive experience in AI agents
⦁Good exposure to large scale regression testing along with playwright and AI Agents
⦁Good communication also needed.
Nice to Have Skills:
⦁Selenium
⦁Java
Minimum Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years
