Senior Recruiter

The Contract Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative, high-touch recruiting experience while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role is responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines and executing full-cycle recruiting. This position operates in a collaborative environment and works closely with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team, and HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit mid-to-senior level positions across various business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a consultative recruiting experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team, and HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in an ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding.
