Senior React Developer

We are looking for aSenior React Developer to join an international cross-functional delivery team. The successful candidate will act as a senior front-end engineering specialist, taking ownership of React-based solutions from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

You will work closely with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing web applications usingReact, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture practices.

• Design and develop responsive web applications and reusable component libraries usingReact and TypeScript.
• Apply modern React development practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.
• Design and maintain scalable front-end architectures and reusable development patterns.
• Integrate React applications withREST APIs and Microsoft cloud services using secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Implement automatedunit, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Support and maintain quality gates withinCI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to sustainable remediation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with UX, solution architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Work within Git-based development workflows, including pull requests and peer reviews.
• Contribute toAzure DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create concise technical documentation covering architecture, implementation, integrations, and operational considerations.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly and proactively.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial recent hands-on experience inReact and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintainingproduction-grade React applications and scalable front-end architectures.
• Strong knowledge of modern React development, includingfunctional components, hooks, state management, modular architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong experience designing reusable components and UI libraries.
• Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications withREST APIs and cloud-based services.
• Experience implementing secureauthentication and authorization patterns.
• Hands-on experience withunit, component, and end-to-end testing and front-end build tooling.
• Strong experience withGit, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding ofresponsive design, web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, web performance, observability, and secure web development.
• Experience identifying technical debt and implementing maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating withUX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Experience withMicrosoft Azure, particularly services such asAzure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, or Microsoft Entra ID, is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating React withMicrosoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, includingPower Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls, is highly desirable.
• Experience withdesign systems, reusable UI component libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
• Professional English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively with international teams.
