Job Summary:
TheSenior Rail Engineer Program ManagerĀ will be an accomplished Engineeringleader with a proven ability togenerate new business, oversee technical delivery, and establish a strong local team of engineers. They will use creativity, foresight, and sound judgment to address complex challenges and drive impactful decisions. The Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager willbalance competing priorities andlead programs with advanced technical and organizational complexity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and lead project delivery, while also building anddeveloping a local engineering team.
- Lead a majorprogram team for the organization.
- Familiar with transportation clients and their rail and transit needs
- Sales and pre-marketing to expand PM services in the Pacific Northwest and the West coast.
- Supervise multiple organizational segments or teams.
- Recommend necessary facilities, personnel, and funds for program implementation.
- Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of the entire program.
- Establish program objectives, guidelines, and requirements.
- Collaborate as a leader within an office team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meetbusiness needs.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Skilled indeveloping relationships with key clients with an ability todrive business growth.
- Proficient withelectronic communications (e-mail, text) and standardoffice applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptionaloral and written communication skills.
- Skilled inpersuasion andnegotiation of critical issues.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelorās Degree in Engineering from anABET/EAC accredited program.
- 15+ years of prior experience.
- 5+ years of experience as aprogram manager.
- Committed tolife-long learning to stay informed about contemporary issues.
- Establishedrelationships withrailroad clients.
- Strongbusiness development skills.
- In-depth knowledge ofindustry standards andguidelines.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masterās Degree inCivil Engineering.
Ā
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.:
- Professional Engineer (PE), equivalent, orauthorization of CLPO.
- Membership in aprofessional practice organization, national board member or officer, recognized expert on statewide activity, and resource for national activities and organization.

- Build and empowerĀ high-performing technical teams toachieve superior outcomes andclient satisfaction.
- Supervise several organizationalsegments orteams.
- Recommendfacilities,personnel, andfunds required to execute programs.
