Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to lead and scale quality practices for SaaS products, AI-driven platforms, and enterprise systems. This role focuses on building a quality-first culture, ensuring platform stability, and enabling faster, reliable releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality strategy for SaaS and AI platforms

• Define and enforce quality standards across UI, API, data, and integrations

• Lead manual, automation, and API testing teams

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams

• Ensure release readiness through risk-based testing and metrics

• Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality improvement

• Oversee UAT, production validation, and defect prevention

• Implement quality dashboards and reporting for leadership

• Mentor QA leads and senior engineers

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Software Quality / Testing

• Strong expertise in SaaS and enterprise application testing

• Excellent knowledge of manual testing principles

• Good understanding of test automation frameworks

• Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, Postman, etc.)

• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/ML-based or data-driven applications

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – conceptual)

• Performance and security testing awareness

• Certifications: CSPO / SAFe / ISTQB

• Experience in large-scale enterprise systems
