Role/Responsibilities
ā¢ Execute and coordinate QA/QE activities across two application teams simultaneously
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
ā¢ Perform manual and automated testing for web-based and desktop applications (Oracle ADF/WebLogic environments)
ā¢ Validate business logic related to claims processing, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits administration
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements (Must to Have)
ā¢ 4+ w/Bachelors degree
ā¢ 4+ years of QA/QE experience in enterprise software environments
ā¢ Strong understanding of dental or health insurance domain: claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration
ā¢ Familiarity with systems including PCP management, contact tracking, and customer service workflows
ā¢ Experience testing web-based applications, REST APIs, and workflow management systems
ā¢ Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent)
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
ā¢ Ability to work on-site at the Oakland, CA office
ā¢ Experience with Oracle ADF, WebLogic, or similar Java-based enterprise platforms
ā¢ Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
ā¢ Knowledge of Datadog, Splunk, or other observability/monitoring tools
ā¢ Healthcare industry background beyond dental medical, vision, or insurance verticals
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
ā¢ Experience in contact center or customer service application testing (Genesys or similar)
