Detailed Job Description:
- 13–17 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with strong expertise in test automation and modern QE practices.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Playwright and practical understanding of AI/GenAI and AI Agents in Quality Engineering.
- Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for the overall delivery and performance of the assigned pod.
- Lead automation strategy, quality improvements, delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring proactive communication, status reporting, issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills in large US client engagements.
- Minimum Years of Experience:15 to 20 years
