Senior Python AI Engineer

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python software engineering, backed by a demonstrated history of designing, building, and operating reliable Artificial Intelligence systems and intelligent applications in live production environments
• Deep expertise architecting and implementing stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, and the AWS Strands Agents SDK
• Practical experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
• Hands-on skill building and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Strong capability in prompt engineering to optimize interactions with language models
• Experience implementing guardrails to ensure safe and controlled AI system behavior
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and their application within AI-driven systems
• Experience integrating foundation models through cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
• Ability to ensure robust evaluation, observability, and security practices across production AI deployments
• Decent communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to understand business requirements and translate them into agentic architectures
