- Ensure delivery within scope, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Assemble project plans and project documents and direct daily work efforts.
- Identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.
- Track milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate communication across the enterprise for scope, budget, timeline, risk, and resources.
- Assist Program Managers and leadership in prioritizing IT opportunities to meet enterprise goals.
