CRC Recovery Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide dedicated leadership and oversight for a portfolio of strategic projects focused on quality, evaluation, operational improvement, and organizational learning. As several key initiatives move from planning into implementation, this role will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully and achieve their intended outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Define project objectives, scope, and execution roadmaps aligned with organizational and strategic priorities.
Lead project execution in support of Recovery Services initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource requirements, financial forecasts, dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones.
Facilitate engagement across diverse stakeholder groups to build alignment, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
Track project budgets, funding allocations, expenditures, and forecasts, identifying opportunities to strengthen financial stewardship and resource utilization.
Monitor and manage project scope, assess the impacts of proposed changes, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to support project success.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.
Lead change management activities that support adoption, sustain project outcomes, and enable successful transitions.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project reviews, post-mortems, and lessons-learned exercises to drive continuous improvement and strengthen organizational project management practices.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, project management standards, and organizational policies.

What we are looking for :
A minimum of six to nine years of progressive experience and a three-year college diploma or university degree in project management, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and interconnected business processes and functions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project and change management strategies that support successful implementation and sustained adoption of project outcomes.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices across the full project lifecycle.
Experience monitoring project budgets, financial performance, funding allocations, and resource utilization.
Work experience and knowledge relevant to the humanitarian, social services, or not-for-profit sectors.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or an equivalent designation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner, and Project Operations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex issues, assess project risks and organizational impacts, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions.
Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, competing deadlines, and a high degree of accountability.
Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset.

The work is performed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, competing deadlines, time pressures, and a requirement to make sound decisions on complex or sensitive matters.
The role may involve resolving difficult or conflicting situations with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
Occasional travel within Canada for team meeting and operational support may be required, which can include working non-traditional hours with limited notice.Â
