You Are:
The Senior Project Manager – EITS Risk Team is a delivery partner supporting the Program Director in driving execution of strategic initiatives across enterprise risk, cyber risk, regulatory remediation, technology transformation, and operational improvement programs.
The opportunity:
·Project Delivery & Governance
·Define project objectives, scope, success criteria, governance, and delivery plans
·Establish project schedules, milestones, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms
·Apply predictive, agile, or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate
·Develop and maintain project charters and roadmaps
·Scope, Schedule & Change Management
·Manage requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests
·Maintain integrated plans, critical paths, resource allocation, and progress tracking
·Monitor project health and implement recovery plans where required
·Ensure accurate scope and schedule control across workstreams
·Risk & Quality Management
·Maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation actions
·Coordinate quality reviews, assurance activities, and evidence tracking
·Escalate risks and issues with clear recommendations
·Ensure quality and assurance documentation is comprehensive and current
·Stakeholder & Executive Communication
·Partner with risk, technology, security, compliance, audit, legal, and business teams
·Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making sessions
·Prepare concise executive reports, dashboards, and decision papers
·Maintain stakeholder alignment and engagement throughout delivery lifecycle
·Continuous Improvement & Handover
·Improve reporting, governance, and project administration processes
·Support project closure, lessons learned, and comprehensive handover documentation
·Document best practices and process improvements for organizational benefit
·Ensure seamless transition and knowledge transfer at end of assignment
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
·5+ years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
·Experience in enterprise risk, cyber risk, technology, compliance, audit remediation, or operational risk initiatives
·Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, change control, and delivery lifecycle management
·Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills
·Working knowledge of technology and cybersecurity risk concepts
·Core Skills & Competencies
·Strong written and verbal English communication
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or SharePoint
·Project governance and delivery planning expertise
·Risk management and RAID log maintenance capabilities
·Scope, schedule, and change management discipline
·Quality assurance and evidence tracking abilities
·Executive reporting and dashboard creation skills
·Process improvement and continuous optimization mindset
·Preferred Qualifications
·PMP preferred; PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous
·Experience within global, regulated, financial services, technology, or data-driven organizations
·Experience with risk, compliance, legal, security, or audit functions
·Process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled delivery experience
·Portuguese language skills are a plus
