Job Title : Senior Project Manager
Location : Remote
Duration: 12 Month

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Nulogy implementation, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and project governance.
Manage complex SAP/ERP and enterprise system integrations, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and Nulogy implementation partners.
Facilitate requirements gathering, process design, workshops, and future-state business transformation initiatives.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
Deliver executive reporting, status updates, risk assessments, and steering committee presentations.
Drive project controls, dependency management, vendor accountability, and cross-functional execution.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations.
Strong background managing ERP, SAP, supply chain, compliance, quality, or operational technology initiatives.
Experience overseeing full project lifecycles including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and organizational readiness.
Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, complex stakeholder groups, and executive governance forums.
Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP program delivery or large ERP transformation experience.
Food industry, manufacturing, distribution, traceability, recall management, or compliance experience.
Experience implementing supply chain, quality, regulatory, or traceability platforms.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience leading global or distributed teams.
