Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Capital Markets and Data Management expertise to lead end-to-end technology and data transformation initiatives within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with business, technology, data, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive data migration, data integration, data quality, and data governance projects.
• Apply capital markets knowledge across trade lifecycle, market data, reference data, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project governance, timely reporting, and successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Data Management.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, and project governance.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
