About the Role
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Transaction Banking Services (TBS) Channels IT team. The role involves leading end-to-end IT projects and roadmap initiatives for global corporate internet and mobile banking applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Mumbai, Paris, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees.
- Track project progress, quality, and budget utilization against forecasts.
- Maintain project plans, WBS, status reports, and documentation.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery and ensure adherence to SDLC and quality standards.
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT/software delivery.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of SDLC, software development, and quality assurance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies and JIRA.
- Proficiency in project planning, tracking, reporting, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Banking domain experience, particularly corporate internet/mobile banking channels or payments.
- Knowledge of H2H banking, payment initiation, and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin/Xray).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
