Senior Project Manager

Summary:

• Duration: 18 months
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Mon-Wed) Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support work streams within a program to ensure strategy and execution align with the overall vision.
• Accountable for delivering successful transitions and integration, managing resources across geographically dispersed locations.
• Communicate project activities across regions or functions to key management colleagues and team members.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs.
• Utilize project implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules.
• Facilitate project risks and impacts on business initiatives to management within the organization.
• Design and create strategic documents such as Project Business cases, Assessments, and Communication plans.
• Present project updates and make presentations to senior-level management within Finance.
• Support and lead decision-making processes for progress on assigned programs/projects.
• Follow and adhere to project controls for assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage project/program deliverables, and ensure change control processes are aligned.

Requirements:

• Finance background with project management experience.
• Experience in managing project plans and ensuring they are on track.
• Capability to interact with local and regional level senior stakeholders.
• Experience in major change initiatives with a proven record of delivering major projects.

• Executive presence and comfort in working with top executives.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Good listener with the ability to manage meetings and ask the right questions.
• Commitment to being on camera for all meetings.
