Zolon Tech Inc. (Zolon) supports the Department of Homeland Security (Client) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) on the Digital Application Support Services (DASS) program, which operates, maintains, and enhances Client digital platforms, including the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), Web Content Management as a Service (WCMaaS), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Digital Communication Platform. Zolon is seeking aSenior Project Manager to manage day-to-day project delivery for a DASS core delivery team (WCMaaS or HSIN) under the direction of the Program Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery for the assigned workstream (WCMaaS or HSIN).
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, and track progress, risks, and issues.
Prepare inputs to weekly progress reports, monthly PMRs, RAMR, and CLIN-level budget burndown reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement with Government product owners, site owners, and technical teams.
Coordinate releases, change requests, and Client change management processes from submittal through closeout.
Manage team assignments, priorities, and backlogs in Atlassian Jira in coordination with the Scrum Master and technical leads.
Support change management and business process improvement initiatives.
Act in support of the Program Manager and assume delegated responsibilities as directed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of eight (8) years of IT project management experience, including federal IT projects.
Experience managing web, application, or platform O&M and development projects using Agile and traditional methods.
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications:
PMP certification.
Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe).
Experience supporting Client, HSIN, or Drupal-based web programs

Location: Remote/telework, subject to Government approval. Primary Government work location is Client, Springfield, VA.
Schedule: Core hours 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday
Clearance:Client Public Trust (suitability/Entry on Duty); U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Client Public Trust suitability determination.
