Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite in Mt. Laurel; fully remote considered for exceptional candidates

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: $83.00–$100.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday — core business hours; overtime possible based on approval
• Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary

This contractProject Manager role supports a financial services organization on risk and regulatory initiatives within an IT environment. The successful candidate will contribute to 2 or more projects simultaneously, each with multiple workstreams, and is expected to take ownership of driving issues to resolution while maintaining strong relationships with contributing teams. The team size can vary up to 15 members, and the role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects for a major bank.

Required Skills

• Risk and regulatory experience
• Project management (PM) experience
• Proficiency in MS Project

• Banking or financial institution (FI) experience

Education Requirements

• Post-secondary education required
• No specific certifications required

Required Experience

• 10 years of overall experience

• Banking or financial institution industry background
