Senior Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-year enterprise initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, including integration, scope, scheduling, communication, vendor, and risk management. You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for aligning high-profile vendors and key stakeholders to drive successful business solution deployments.

Active Job Duties

• Lead and manage end-to-end multi-year enterprise projects of varying scope and complexity.

• Develop, maintain, and track fully integrated project schedules using MS Project and MS Project Online.

• Manage project integration, scope, schedule, communication, risk, and vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Direct and collaborate with high-profile subject matter vendors across on-premise and cloud ecosystems.

• Oversee Enterprise Business Solutions initiatives, specifically focusing on SAP/ERP project delivery.

• Apply strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation techniques to solve complex operational challenges.

• Deliver clear, articulate presentations and communications to executives, project teams, and key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management expertise across projects of various size and scope, including integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, and risk management.

• 10+ years (or extensive background) in creating and maintaining integrated project plans at an expert level using MS Project and/or MS Project Online.

• Demonstrated experience managing high-profile subject matter vendors within on-premises and cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager leading Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP/ERP projects.

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-year projects.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

• Strong leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, specifically within Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

• Knowledge and practical application of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.

• Direct experience with ERP implementation and organizational transformation.
