Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchase requests from initiation through completion, ensuring timely progress through each stage of the procurement process.
Coordinate with external vendors to resolve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.
Track and manage contingent worker hiring requests, coordinating interviews and communication channels.
Gather information from stakeholders to support management decisions and prepare status updates.
Maintain project documents and templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support the Operations Program Manager in unblocking hiring roadblocks and tracking escalations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

3+ years of experience in a coordination role.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Office 365, Gmail/Outlook, Calendar, and project management tools.
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work successfully under pressure.
Experience keeping project documents and templates up-to-date, along with presenting reports to management.
