Client is seeking an experiencedSenior Program Manager / Transformation Lead to support a large-scale, multi-year investment management transformation for a leading global financial institution. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading complexinvestment platform implementations and migrations, preferably BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront systems, within an asset or wealth management environment.
The candidate will provide program leadership across Business, Technology, Operations, Data, Testing, and Change teams, coordinating internal stakeholders and third-party delivery partners to drive execution of a highly interconnected transformation.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial services transformation, program management, or PMO experience, preferably withinAsset or Investment Management
- Hands-on BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront implementation experience strongly preferred; candidates with significant experience implementing comparable front-to-back investment management, portfolio management, IBOR, or accounting platforms will also be considered
- Demonstrated leadership of complexplatform implementations, system migrations/conversions, integration, testing, cutover, and production readiness
- Strong experience with integrated program planning, critical-path and dependency management, RAID/program controls, governance, and executive-level reporting
- Ability to coordinate effectively acrossFront Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, Data, and third-party vendors
- Experience providing independent program assurance, identifying delivery risks, challenging status/assumptions, and driving issues and decisions to resolution
- Experience withtarget operating model transformation, organizational readiness, and/or change managementpreferred
- Strong executive stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and decision-support capabilities
Highly Desirable Experience
Candidates should clearly identify their specificAladdin/eFront or comparable platform experience, including the platform/module or function supported, implementation phase(s), role performed, duration, and responsibilities. Experience withinpublic markets, private markets/private alternatives, front-to-middle-office transformation, or IBOR/accounting transformation is particularly relevant.
