Senior Program Manager

Role Summary

Seeking a senior, hands-on Program Manager to lead a complex Salesforce Replatforming initiative. The resource should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs under aggressive timelines, managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, cross-functional teams, and integration dependencies while ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of the Salesforce Replatforming program.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Leaders, and delivery teams to drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage program governance, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and business signoffs.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve blockers impacting project timelines and delivery commitments.
• Drive alignment between Business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate communications across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, system integrators, and executive leadership.
• Manage integration dependencies across Salesforce and 10+ enterprise applications, coordinating with application owners and technical teams.
• Engage architects for solution design reviews and technical governance.
• Partner with delivery leadership on migration strategies, implementation planning, deployment approaches, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with business SMEs for requirements validation, testing support, and functional signoffs.
• Collaborate with change management teams on stakeholder communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, delivery commitments, performance, and accountability.
• Drive executive reporting, steering committee updates, KPI tracking, and governance forums.
• Own program financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, vendor financial oversight, and cost management.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation, migration, replatforming, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, governance, risk management, dependency management, and financial management.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and global delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Salesforce platform knowledge and experience with enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience managing cloud transformation, modernization, or migration programs.
• Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar program budgets and vendor engagements.
