Senior Professional Services Engineer (HPC Solutions)

The Professional Services team is the "Special Forces" unit of Hybridizer. We don't just sell software; we deliver outcomes. We go where our customers are—whether that's a bank in New York, a research lab in Tokyo, or an engineering firm in Munich—to integrate Hybridizer into their most critical production systems. We are looking for aC# Virtuoso with a passion for hardware and a passport ready for action.

Your Mission

You are the face of Hybridizer for our premium clients. You bridge the gap between their complex C# business logic and the raw power of our GPU compiler technology.

• Think: Act as a high-level consultant. You will audit massive legacy codebases (often in finance or engineering), identify performance bottlenecks, and design architectural strategies to migrate them to GPU-accelerated environments. You understand not just the code, but thebusiness value of speed for the client.

• Implement:

  • High-Level Engineering: You will spend days refactoring complexC# applications. You know the .NET ecosystem inside out (Memory management, LINQ optimization, Task Parallel Library) and prepare code to be ingested by Hybridizer.

  • GPU Integration: While the compiler does the heavy lifting, you use yourGPU hobbyist knowledge (CUDA/ROCm/OpenCL) to tweak kernels, manage memory transfers, and ensure the hardware is utilized correctly.

  • On-Site Deployment: You will travel globally to implement these solutions directly on client infrastructure, troubleshooting integration issues in real-time.

• Build:

  • Relationships ("Sens du Service"): You build trust. You handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and empathy. You transform a skeptical customer into a raving fan by delivering a Proof of Concept (POC) that exceeds expectations.

  • Custom Solutions: You build tailored wrappers, extensions, and benchmarks that demonstrate the value of Hybridizer specific to the customer's unique environment.

• C# Expert: You are a master of the language. You understand how the CLR works, how to minimize Garbage Collection pressure, and how to write clean, architectural-grade object-oriented code.

• GPU Enthusiast: You might not write CUDA drivers from scratch, but you love it. You’ve played withCUDA, ROCm, or OpenCL in your spare time. You know what a kernel is, you understand thread blocks, and you follow the latest GPU hardware releases with excitement.

• Global Road Warrior: You are excited by the prospect of traveling internationally (up to 30-50% of the time). You are culturally adaptable and capable of working autonomously in different time zones.
