Role Overview:

We're seeking aSenior Product Manager to advance ourCore Platform strategy. Qualifyze has expanded its product offering in theLife Science - Supply Chain Risk Management space fromQuality Audits toRisk Management applications.
We are now amulti-product value proposition and expect to add more solutions over time. For this, we need a strongcore application and data platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with the technicalCore Platform team, other product teams (PM, Data, Engineering), and key stakeholders. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, includingBackEnd and Data Engineering, todefine issues, design solutions, prioritize platform feature delivery, andensure measurable outcomes.

We are looking for acollaborative, results-oriented candidate who aims to drive meaningful progress throughimpact-oriented discovery andeffective delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define theplatform vision anddata ecosystem, creating astrategic roadmap aligned with customer and company goals.

• Product Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts with internal and external stakeholders (includingbusiness stakeholders, client IT, and InfoSec teams). Develop and test hypotheses around thevalue and viability of platform, security, and data solutions. Translate findings intoprototypes andarchitectural documentation to communicate concepts effectively.

• Product Delivery: Guide theproduct delivery process from concept to adoption. Manageroadmaps, ensuringfeasibility and usability. Work closely withtechnical data leads,core platform leads, andproduct managers to balancecustomer value withbusiness priorities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: CoordinateCore Platform and Data teams (including engineering leads managingplatform-application interfaces). Partner withPMs, Marketing, and Sales on requirements forsecurity, identity/access management, andplatform integrations. Ensure platform updates align seamlessly with user applications.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Useplatform telemetry and agreedKPIs to monitorperformance, trackfeature adoption, managetechnical debt, and drivecontinuous improvement.

Main requirements:

• 7+ years experience in product management, preferably inB2B SaaS,platform, ordata-focused roles.

• Proven track record of deliveringscalable core platform or data products in cross-functional environments (SaaS platform architectures, event systems, notification hubs, shared databases and services).

• Experience working with technical teams (Engineering, Data, DevOps) and understanding ofplatform architecture, security, access management, APIs, and data workflows.

• Familiarity withproduct discovery techniques, customer interviews, prototyping, andMVP testing.

• Strong analytical and collaboration skills to navigate complex projects and deadlines.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to communicatetechnical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience inregulated industries (e.g.,pharma, healthcare, compliance) is a plus Based in or open to travel toBarcelona or Frankfurt offices on a regular basis

💰 Salary 

At Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally. For this role, we’re happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around75.000– 85.000 €, centered around the median.

Final compensation will depend on experience and performance during the process, with some flexibility within the range.
