Senior Product Delivery Lead – Digital / Commercial Banking

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Product Delivery Lead – Digital / Commercial Banking for their Plano, TX/Bay Area, CA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Owners to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy.
• Manage product roadmap in Jira from Idea→ Initiative→ Epic→ User Story.
• Facilitate quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning sessions and drive execution alignment across teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with business and technology leadership on governance, status reporting, and monthly executive updates.
• Support budget management, financial forecasting, and operational excellence activities.
• Develop and manage business requirements, use cases, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate enterprise integrations involving upstream and downstream systems.
• Drive delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives within the banking organization.

• Candidates must have product experience, and banking experience
• Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise
• Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall)
• Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
• 7+ years of Project / Program Management experience.
• 5+ years of Digital Banking experience.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and technology platforms.
