DPPis seeking aSenior Process Improvement Managerfor an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
 
Work Location:Onsite in Sparks, NV
Duration:2 months
Terms:W2 Contract
 
Responsibilities:
  • As aSenior Process Improvement Manager, you will drive the implementation, communication, training, and auditing of the company and industry best practices.
  • You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop, deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean, efficient, and successful operations.
  • You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues.
  • You will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes, and dissemination of results.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or must be willing to immediately take steps to attain).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field;
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience;
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
  • Experience with program management processes, standards & certification.
